Booking conditions
1. Any bookings you make are a legally binding contract, verbal
or written, where a valid credit/debit card must be provided to
secure a booking.
2. All cancellations will incur a £25 administration fee
and any booking not cancelled within 7 days of the date
of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total
booking value. We can organise travel insurance at very competitive
prices if you have any concern about your availability to travel.
3. Check in is from 2pm to 8pm when reception closes. If you are
arriving earlier or later than this, you must notify reception
at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange an early/late check
in.
4. Check out is 10.30 prompt. Late check outs are charged at £4.0
per half hour with the cost of an extra night charged if check
out does not occur by 12.00.
5. Any breakages or damage to the room/hotel will be charged to
your credit/debit card.
6. If you smoke anywhere in the hotel/restaurant, you will be
charged £98 for professional defumigation costs and you
will be asked to leave the hotel.
7. We do not cater for any groups i.e., stag/hen nights that may
be disruptive to other guests.
Accessibility statement
We have two ground floor level bedrooms. The rooms
are accessed by steps to the entrance and further steps to the
bedrooms. They are not suited to people who are wheel chair bound
but to those who can manage a few steps. Assistance will be offered
with any luggage.
